All of Kurdish parties in Baghdad unite their voices against Milky and his dijla thugs

They held a press statement and released three point statemens which calls on Milky to cancel this dijla militia:

1. dijla thugs and its militia is cancelled immediately.
2. Kurdistani list will hand over a statement to UN requesting the cancellation of the militia.
3. if both above points fail then Milky will be dragged to parliament to vote on his removal.

Kirkuk was made by the Guttis.

1921, the British estimated the population of the Kirkuk region to be 75,000 Kurds, 35,000 Turkomans, 10,000 Arabs, 1,400 Jews, and 600 Chaldeans. A League of Nations Committee that visited the Mosul vilayet in 1925 estimated that the Kurds comprised 63 percent of Kirkuk's population, the Turkomans, 19 percent, and the Arabs, 18 percent.

After the Baath party consolidated power in 1963, the National Guard (al-Haras al-Qawmi), recruited Arab Baathists and Turkomans who systematically attacked ethnic Kurds. Between 1963 and 1988, the Baathist regime destroyed 779 Kurdish villages in the Kirkuk region razing 493 primary schools, 598 mosques, and 40 medical clinics. In order to prevent the return of the Kurds, they burned farms and orchards, confiscated cattle, blew up wells, and obliterated cemeteries. In all, this ethnic cleansing campaign forced 37,726 Kurdish families out of their villages. Given the average rural Kurdish family size of between five and seven people, this policy forced over 200,000 Kurds to flee the region. The Kurds were not the regime's only victims. During the Iran-Iraq war, the central government destroyed about ten Shiite Turkoman villages south of Kirkuk.

The last ethnic-breakdown census in Iraq was conducted in 1957, well before Saddam began his program to move Arabs to Kirkuk. That count showed 178,000 Kurds, 48,000 Turkomen, 43,000 Arabs and 10,000 Assyrian-Chaldean Christians living in the province

Kirkuk is controlled by kurds and will be annexed to KRG, it has already happened we just need to make it official force or peaceful we are not going to give up.

Kurdish security forces are at stand off near Daquq district in south of Kirkuk province, after the Dijla command held and arrested two security vehicles which were heading for Salahadin, then the Dijla tried to enter Kirkuk at Daquq south of the province but they were intercepted by the Kurdish security forces and they are now at stand off since yesterday.

basically Peshmerga and US army met in Kirkuk and both refused the formation of dijla mafias created by al-milky, US colonel Kins Silvan announced that the US army only deals with the security forces, police and iraqi army which have a signed agreements in the past to cooperate with each other.

All 3 sides, Peshmerga, police and the 12th brigade held a meetings to discuss the security situation in the entire province.

They discussed more ways to better serve the security situation for Kirkuk to further implement public services for the people of Kirkuk.

Statement by President Barzani on the Formation of the Dijle Military Command

I would like to inform the people of Kurdistan and Iraq that the formation of the Dijle Operations Command [a military command recently formed covering Kirkuk, Diyala and Salahaddin provinces] by the Iraqi government will lead to more instability, and will not help the implementation of Article140 of the Iraqi Constitution. The intentions, the aims, the formation, and the actions of this Command are against the Kurdish people, the political process, co-existence and the process of normalizing the situation in the disputed areas.

I have been waiting for some time to see the result of the promises, made to the Iraqi President by Iraqi authorities, to call off the formation of the Dijle Operations Command. We in the Kurdistan Region have not resorted to any course of action other than patiently waiting for this issues to be resolved through dialogue.

However, it is now clear that there is no commitment to keeping those promises and to resolve issues peacefully. I want to reassure the people of Iraq, and especially the people of Kurdistan, that after consultation with the Iraqi President and other concerned parties, we will make our position clear and take appropriate steps against this unconstitutional action and any actions designed to impose unconstitutional arrangements in the disputed areas.

im so glad kurdistan presidency as well as iraqs president have now spoken up and ready to take action to stop viruses spread to our belong and sliced off Kirkuk, time has come to take kirkuk by force boys, get to it already, kick out the arabs who are not even kirkukis and stop these thugs who are only on the border point with salahadin province, but still no need for their presence that close anyway.

on another note, the arab fractions today met with al nujaifi and are very worried too about what lies ahead for them as arabs in kirkuk due to the formation of dijla militia, and have agreed to withdraw their demands on set conditions to hold elections in kirkuk and now have for the first time in history agreed with kurds to hold the elections without any further delays or conditions for kirkuk province.

kirkuk has been, is and will always be a kurdistani city .

Kurdish political parties give al-Maliki seven days to take action

The Kurdish political parties and organizations rallied on November 12 stressing that they will give seven days time to the Iraqi prime minister to cancel the Tigris operation.

The protesters marched from the Kirkuk office of the Iraqi Council of Ministers to the Kirkuk governor’s office, demanding the Tigris operations be cancelled.

Rebin Muhammad, in charge of the Kirkuk office of the Kurdistan Youth Organization and participant of the protest said “We, the Kurdish political parties and organization of Kirkuk, are protesting to cancel the Tigris operations.”

The protesters delivered a message to the Iraqi president, the speaker of the Council of Representatives, the prime minister, and the Kurdistan president which gives the period of seven days to Nouri al-Maliki to decommission the Tigris operation.

The representatives of the protesters met with the governor, the head of the Kirkuk Provincial Council and a number of the members of the KPC and handed them the same message.

“If our demands are not met within the seven-day period, we will take further actions like protests in the whole province,” the protesters stressed.
