The new elected parliament of the Kurdistan Region is going to hold its first session tomorrow, Wednesday Nov 6, 2013.

After following the traditional procedures, the head of parliament, his deputy, and the secretary general of parliament are expected to be elected inside the whole of parliament. However, Gran Azad, elected member of the new form, has told PUKmedia that so far the political parties have not discussed how they are going to form the new cabinet of government and therefore, "it is not expected electing the head of parliament, his deputy, and the secretary general will take place tomorrow."

He also added that "if they are not elected tomorrow, the parliament will break the law because according to the rules, they will be elected at the first session of the new elected form of parliament."

It is noteworthy that President Masud Barzani, president of Kurdistan Region, is going to attend the session.

The parliament will gather at 10 in the morning in Erbil, tomorrow Wednesday Nov 6, 2013.
