The meeting was held at the headquarters of PUK Political Bureau in Sulaimania.

Hakim Qader said to the parliamentarians that their responsibilities for the next four years are a lot, and they should work responsibly to better serve the people of Kurdistan Region.

He said to the parliamentarians to have best projects and offer them in the parliament in the four coming years. Mr. Qader also said that PUK parliamentarians should be the first among the other fractions in the parliament to direct the KRG towards having a better and more improved governmental system; a system that will best serve the citizens.

Hakim Qader also said that the most important duty of parliamentarians is to investigate governmental institutions and stand against corruption wherever and wherever will be.

The PUK number of chairs in the new elected form of parliament is 18, and the parliament has held only one official session since it has been elected. That is because the political parties of the Kurdistan Region have not been able to form the next cabinet of government.

It is noteworthy that the PUK fraction has started holding daily activities from now.
