ERBIL-Hewlêr, Kurdistan region 'Iraq',— The president of Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani, left Erbil on a private visit abroad.
Kurdistan Presidency web site reported, that Barzani left Kurdistan region Tuesday on a private visit.
“The visit will last for several days,” the statement added.
“Barzani left outside the country without identifying the destination of the visit or its period,www.ekurd.net ” the statement said.
Last February Barzani travelled for a 5-day official visit to the Russian Federation. During which he had talks with Russian president Vladimir Putin, foreign minister Sergey Lavrov and other senior officials.
