@Anthea

Your emotional comments makes me laugh and forgive me but you are very short sighted and I will explain it to you .

Let us assume that Ocalan orders PKK to withdraw and lets assume that PKK obey him and Lets assume that BDP goes along with it .

Do you think that means the end of Kurdish struggle in the North ?
Do you think PKK /BDP /Ocalan represent all northern Kurds ?

I'm not defending Ocalan here , but is there a documented statement from him ordering PKK's withdrawal ? Did PKK at any point since the negotiation even hinted to the possibility of withdrawing from Northern Kurdistan ?Certainly not and as a matter of fact Murat Karalyan in his last statement ridiculed the turkish demand and angerly asked the turks to leave Kurdistan instead .

There is too much none sense going around in the media and many small minded people are falling for it . Being a peshmerga is a volunteer job and anyone and everyone is free to leave or stay , So a departure of PKK (which will never happen ) means nothing nor does it mean the surrender of Kurdish nation .

As a none Kurd you are walking a very fine line and frankly some of your posts are counter productive and insulting in some cases .

The crucial step will be when Öcalan asks to the PKK to withdraw from Qandil, not from Turkey. Their HQ is in S. Kurdistan. I wonder what will happen, then.

Why do I get the feeling you're a Turkish troll? Not that your nickname isn't an obvious giveaway. What Kurd in his right mind will call himself Aslan?

He might be a fan of Narnia's World.

That might explain his childish behavior, but I doubt it.

I've been looking at his comments lately and he doesn't seem to be even the slightest bit concerned about the Kurdish plight in northern Kurdistan. Infact his attitude is oftentimes quite the opposite of concern. I think he's a troll.

If the moderator believe all complaints about troll here, 90% of members are. The 10% which remain only post about songs and poetry.

Moreover, what kind of Kurd calls himself Kuwaiti ?

I'm from Kuwait, which I've already stated in my first post last summer. I'm not a Kurd but I'm an activist for Kurdish rights in the middle east.

I'm unaware of other complaints sent to mods but Aslan's trolling behavior is too obvious to go unnoticed.

I have been receiving some really nasty comments on this site because I dared to accuse Ocalan of betraying the PKK. My friend has been receiving threats on her facebook account because I used it when mine was blocked.

I stated that Ocalan would be telling the PKK to leave Turkey but most people would not take any notice.

When Ocalan himself tells PKK to leave Turkish soil perhaps then others will realise exactly what he has become since his imprisonment :ymdevil:

lol wow people sending threats lmao what losers ill say it now "APO IS A TWO FACED DITCHER/BASTARD WHO BETRAYED KURDS" if who ever is man enough then reply back to me lol and norther kurds i hope ur all satisfied now ur all mountain turks again :) enjoy living in the republic of turkey since ur all dumb enough to give up :D ill enjoy my south kurdistan :) there lol thats all i had to say xD

Aslan says what a lot of young Kurds feel. They knew virtually nothing about their history due to their parents lack of knowledge and partial assimilation. Along came Ocalan as figurehead of the PKK telling people to be proud to be Kurds. Ocalan told the Kurds to fight for an independent Kurdistan and they followed him in their thousands. Ocalan told Kurds to learn about their history and to speak Kurdish. Young Kurds now know much more about their history than their parents ever did. The fighters of the PKK did not just learn to fight, they learnt Kurdish and language and studied the Zoroastrian beliefs. Thousands fought and died for freedom. Now Ocalan is telling the fighters to leave the country they were prepared to die for.

Thousands of Kurds have lost family members and friends, they are not happy that it has all been for nothing. The recent celebrations have shown many thousands of people asking that Ocalan be released. That is not going to happen. Unlike their parents the young Kurds see the strength of South Kurdistan and know that there are many millions more Kurds in Turkey than there are in South Kurdistan. If Ocalan orders the PKK to leave Turkish soil and the PKK are foolish enough to do so, they will leave behind thousands of very angry young people.

Young Kurds are out of the box and nobody can put the lid back on :ymdevil:
