Hero Ibrahim Iraq's First Lady Member of PUK Political Bureau had confirmed that the health condition of the President Jalal Talabani is stabile and continuously progressing.
That came during the visit of Kosrat Rasul First Deputy of PUK Secretary General and Barham Salih Second Deputy of PUK Secretary General as well as a number of the working body committee and the political bureau's members on Friday after her return to Iraq from Germany, where she checked on the President's health.
Iraq's First Lady had explained the health condition of the President and described it as stabled and in a continuous progress; she also thanked the members of the political bureau and the Kurdish and Iraqi parties and people for their concerns.

Qubad Talabani said the same thing but I am always suspicious about relatives' statements especially when they are involved in a political succession. PUK might want to find agreement about the next leadership before to announce officially the news.
