Kurdish region criticizes 2014 budget allocations

Governmental spokesman Sifin Diza'i said that Baghdad government decreased Kurdish regions' allocations from 17% to 11%.
He added that the share of the Kurdish region shall reach 18 trillion Iraqi dinars, out of an overall budget of 175 trillion Iraqi dinars.
Diza'i added that the Kurdish movement will resort to all legal approaches to get the 17% of the Iraqi budget, which "it is a legal and constitutional right of the region".
