Qubad Talabani, Head of KRG`s Association Department, said in an interview with Shar Magazine, “I think it is still necessary to try to eliminate the two administrations phenomena in Kurdistan Region.”
Talabani also pointed out, “the notion of a co-existence government for the 8th cabinet was originally PUK`s notion.”
Talabani furthermore emphasizes that “PUK cannot continue on its old creed, It needs a long lasting program in order to rise, but this cannot be achieved in a day or two.”
He then adds, “PUK needs to renew itself and deliver changes to its organs and infrastructure so that it could get back to its position in the past.”
