Pro PUK and Gorran electors could vote NO because Barzani bla bla bla and KDP could skip the vote because the KRG bla bla bla.

Today, the General Assembly of Goran Movement in Sulaymaniyah elected the new leader of the movement and members of the Executive Council.

According to the information obtained, Omer Seîd Eli was elected as the new leader of Goran. :ymsick:

The Executive Council of 7 people was also identified at the meeting.
