Infact, Turkish rebellions are both ethnic and politic.
For example, when rebellion at konya against Ataturk was a politic rebellion, Rebellion of Ataturk against patisah is both politic and ethnic.(It is a turkish nationalist rebellion.)
Again, rebellion of ittihatists are ethnic turkish nationalist rebellions and It is Ittihatists who destroyed ottoman empire. So Turkish nationalism harmed ottomans much more than kurdish nationalism.
Alevi-Turk rebellions are ethnics too and We should not forget, long fight between azeris and turks at past too.. Ottomans waste much more resource against turk that kurds.
When It comes to kurdish rebellions of Turkey, Turkey is a turkish nationalist state, so It is right of kurdish people to rebel a state who does not accept their identity. (If turks have right to build their states, so kurds, arap, or every other nation have this right.)
Kurds were more loyal to ottoman empire(until it become nationalist) to turks but they are not so much loyal too turkey because of ideology of Turkey.
