After she lost weight, he offered to pay for a breast enhancement for her

A 25-stone grandmother has finally got the glamour model body she always wanted after losing more than half of her bodyweight - and having size G breast implants - paid for by her loving husband of 24 years.

Natalie King, 47, from Penzance, Cornwall, who at her heaviest was a size 30, always dreamed of becoming a pinup and even posed for London agencies in her late teens.

But when the mother-of-six became pregnant for the first time at the age of 18, she put her modelling dreams aside to raise her family.

With each pregnancy Natalie gained more weight until eventually she reached more than 25 stone - leaving her suffering with anxiety that left her virtually housebound.

But after deciding to overhaul her unhealthy lifestyle, Natalie has shed 13 stone, dyed her hair blonde and invested in breast implants to finish off her glamorous new look.

The reason for her improvement is that now she eats more fresh food, fruits and vegetable, than processed food like meat and bread and she eats a lot less than before.

You don't have eat a lot but ensure the amount of fruit and vegetable you eat is more than the processed food, which you eat. Don't eat your fruits as they are. try to make a cocktail, more than two fruits, of fruit salad, mix it with a bit of sea salt, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. If you can make your own kimchi, my style, add a full table spoon to the salad. You will always like it.

Whatever you eat, veggie or paleo of junk food, all depends on the number of your calories. If you burn less than you eat, you take weight. The difficult thing is to know one's real needs in calories (metabolism). It depends on age, size, weight, activity, etc. Many websites allow to calculate it , but it is not an exact science.

Others say that instead of counting each calorie (which is really annoying) we should listen to our appetite : eating only when we are really HUNGRY and stopping when we are not. Very hard, because most of junkie food (sodas, crisps, etc) can be swallowed without need, just for pleasure.

So until now I count my calories in an approximate way and it is not so bad. At least I maintain my weight in a reasonable average.
