I don't like Paris specifically (my preference is Strasbourg,...the nicest city in France), but if I had to choose...mhm...I don't really know...they're both big...
Blair vs. Chirac:
Blair is definetely more articulate than chirac.
Politics-wise, they are not that different...except that Chirac listen to its citizenry and didn't go to war...with that said...Chirac is also a closeted racist...do you remember the comment about immigrant in france, when he said that "they smelled and were loud"?
So here again, don't know which one I would choose
