Just came back from the doctor. Blood pressure : 12.7 , the ideal one according to WHO:D

I know that out of France you don't tell it in cm, but in mm, so I suppose it would be 120mm/70 mm

When I think about all the salt I swallow everyday =)) =)) =)) =)) No justice !

Your blood pressure is 127mmHg, which is above the ideal. The ideal blood pressure is 120.00mmHg. This was only one reading possibly once in a 6 month period. So it may not be reliable. Blood pressure fluctuates dramatically at any moment for any reasons. You better to get a blood pressure monitor to check your blood pressure if not once a day at least 2 times a week. Too much salt is really serious, not only on blood pressure but also on kidney.

You follow the American norms about 120.000. Europe (especially France) and WHO state that 127 is the best one, and I don't know who tells the truth but I stick to my citizenship :-D .

I have 12.7 since my 20s and never changed, so I am not worried about my salt/blood pressure.

Concerning kidneys I have 3, so they work more than an ordinary human poorly equipped with only 2. Might be for that reason I need salt more than other people and drink around 2 liters per day : I have one additional 'chevaux' in my motor.

It is a very desirable food for most of the cultures like Scotland and Iraq. In Scotland they have haggis as a national food. This is a cocktail of food put inside animals stomach, cooked and eaten. In Iraq they have pacha, made up from sheep's or goats head, stomach and feed. You could still find in some super markets, gizzsards, hearts and livers of birds mainly chicken on sale.
