Can someone help me to translate this sentence?

What does this sentence mean? I would be very very thankful if someone can help me or add me to help me to translate more.

SORRY I have no idea but certain someone here will be able to help you :ymhug:

I expect tel bo fb refer to telephone and facebook accounts because tel and fb are the same in most languages

ibrahim agar could be a name

bka basha bram or basha bram could be a name

Thank you very very much, you are so warm-hearted. but is there any real kurdish which I can ask for help? This sentence is important for me, because i want to find out the truth behind it.

It seems to be in sorani but written with a fantasist Latin alphabet. I can try to find some sense though my own Kurdish is the kurmancî. Hope that sorani speaker will do better :

Ibrahim if ? (garaytawa might be a verb but with these special sorani form hard for kurmanc) tel for fb it will be well, brother, or you do good.
