Saturday 15th, the Christmas Lent begins. So for the last days of normal feeding, I am feeling allowed to eat all the EVIL food :ymdevil: : pizza, choucroute…

Saturday and till December 23h, my diet will probably more ascetic than Londoner's. :(

Do you mean that your strange religion encourages you to eat everything in sight then starve yourself for weeks on end

Perhaps I should join just for the eat everything in sight part and leave when it comes to the starving part =)) :)) =))

That is something Protestants are deprived, since they followed Luther : the way Catholics have to sin and be 100% washed just with a good penitence… :ymdevil:

Surely it is better not to sin in the first place :-?

Do Catholics really think that whatever they do wrong all they have to do is say sorry and everything is forgiven?

Terribly hungry at dinner, yesterday, which was the last day before the minor Lent : devoured a pizza, a salad of mâche and goat cheese, and I finished the cheese with bread. Pineau and Japanese whisky. I won’t check my weight today (in fact i am in the mood to not check it before Christmas (and then not before the end of Epiphany, hum :-? ).

Today is Saturday, so it is not a tough start , fish, oil and wine are allowed:

– Black coffee with sugar and ginger.

– Salad of mushrooms and penne, oil olive and cider vinegar.

– cod and julienne of vegetables, oil, soja sauce, 2 glasses of pineau.

:)) :)) :)) :))

This reminds me with a strict catholic girl became my friend, later a sweet heart for a while. I started to work on her to persuade her to become my girl friend and romance her. She said: "not in your life, you have to become a catholic and marry me to do that". So I found the week point and started to work on her with presents and sweet words. I made promises to become a catholic and marry her but first I must romance her. I promised her to go straight to the church to make appointment to become a catholic after romancing her. She didn't buy it but gradually she believed me. She made the sign of cross and said: "jesus I do it for you". After the romance she realised I was dragging my feet to go to the church. She run to the kitchen and come back with a big knife. I run outside. Later she came out and I followed her. She went to the church to confess her sin.

After this with telephone call,s sweet words and promises to become Catholic and marry her, we made up and persuaded her to romance her. After that I didn't dare to stay inside. I made excuses and went out. She knew what I meant. I was waiting outside. Again she came out and went to the church to confess her sin. This happened several times. I think the last time the priest told her off. Finally she became the prisoner of romance, always ready, forgot the church or marriage or my conversion.

Bigotry is always a self-punishment for people (and a plea for their relatives and lovers). :)) :)) :))

Wise women should NEVER listen to priests and in general, religious laws, which are always written by men. :p

Concerning my own fast, it is not for my sins but for my waist (more important than my soul) :-D

If I do something I enjoy and it does not harm anyone else - then it is not a sin

Sins were part of a system invented by Priests and Imams to control their followers

and extrct large amounts of money from them

I believe most churches and mosques demand 10%

of their followers income

I have NEVER seen a starving Imam or Priest :-o
