Muslims worship Allah

they kill people

Christians worship God

they kill people

We worship Cadburys

we are far too busy eating to kill anyone :ymhug:

I really do NOT believe that this yoyo fasting is good for you

I have changed my diet:

I only worship the Great God Cadbury once a day :((

I use smaller plates

Instead of 27cm Dinner Plates

I use salad plates 22.5cm Salad Plates

So my plates appear to be fuller :D

I have just bought myself an Actifry

That cooks food without very much oil

it is supposed to be healthy

Now waiting for man to peel the potatoes =)) :)) :ymdevil:

I am fasting during the day while I stay unmoved and reading (The Summer of the Bear is a good novel).

At 5 I took a tomatoes/vermicelle soup with bread.

At dinner I might eat shrimp nems with mâche and 2 glasses of Pineau.

Tomorrow, austere day : no oil, no wine, no living beast.

btw I prefer to drink a hot chocolate than to eat it. I like the chocolat à la Parisienne, dark, thick, only with water and a piece of sugar, but it is ok also to pour on it a big tablespoon of whipped cream.

I like also the Brazilian hot chocolate, half coffee, half chocolate (only with water) and also with spices like vanilla, cinnamon and why not : chili :D

If it is for memory improvement, drink it early morning, not late evening.

If you are in London and not very far from East London, let me know if I have time I can come to peel your potatoes. I have freedomPass. So it doesn't cost me anything and may get a free meal. :-D

I like the look of that - I am not really a coffee lover but think I might try Brazilian hot chocolate :D
